Well I am not sure how many of you know or don't know about my son Micheal. He is 9 yrs old Mentally Retarded (MR)and Autisic. Today he had a Special Olympics Track and Feild Event and he won 2 ribbons. $th place for Running and 5th place for the long jump!!! I amvery proud of him and this is a big accomplishment for him.
I Have been doing really well with the wieght loss, and have been going to the gym every day. Today I started Juice fasting. I get fruit and veggie juices all day (Pretty good Fresh frm the juicer) and then a balanced meal at night. I feel really good today versus, hungery like I thought owuld be. For those following the last year of weight loss, I am, still taking the trimspa. It works pretty well. just about as well as anything else on the market. I have 50 days left till my surgery. And about that many pounds to loose. Hopefully, I can loose a 3rd of between now and then.
I have a Pre op appointment on the 24th, so we shall see what my weight and what the Doc says then.

You have reason to be proud of Micheal....lovely that you encourage him to be part of this event. You are such an inspiration and such a wonderful mom.
Happy the weight is getting under control and you'll be in better condition for the doctors visit.
Love,
Kathleen
